Company History
The company has its origins in the family tradition of agricultural production with the planting of the first Rocha pear orchard in the late 1960s. At the time, the maternal grandparents produced pears, apples and some vegetables to be sold directly to the consumer in Fruit Square, a local ex-libris of a must-visit in Caldas da Rainha.
At the end of the 70s, a new era began with the planting of intensive apple orchards with the implementation of a drip irrigation system and the planting of new varieties.
All production was sold at the Vila Franca de Xira supply market. In 2010, with the experience gained, the business continued with the development of new projects, increasing the production area with the acquisition of new land and the cultivation of new
orchards and with entry into the export market at national and international level.
